Paula Sanz Caballero

Paula Sanz Caballero is a Spanish artist born in Valencia. He studied Fine Arts at the University of Valencia (Spain) and then completed a Master in Graphic Design at San Pablo CEU, Valencia (Spain). Paula began her career as a painter, participating in gallery exhibitions nationwide. In the late 1990s, he began experimenting with textiles and embroidery, which eventually replaced painting as the medium of choice for his visual narratives.

Always faithful to her figurative and detail-oriented style, Paula Sanz Caballero’s images are centered on figures from high society in an elegant and sophisticated setting. He prints a great load of irony, dark humor and disturbing details.

His illustrations have been published by a client list that includes fashion magazines, company publications, shopping malls and other international firms. They have been used in advertising and editorial campaigns around the world for prestigious firms such as Neiman Marcus, Chie Mihara or Harper Collins. Her work also appears regularly in international fashion and design magazines such as Vogue, WWD, and The New Yorker.

But Paula Sanz Caballero has not only turned her career as an illustrator. On the contrary, he has always found holes for his facet as an artist, seeing the two complementary aspects. He often exhibits his original pieces in art galleries in Europe and the United States.
