Paloma Rincon Film

Paloma Rincón is a Madrid based, Mexican born, photographer and  film director working worldwide.

She does experimental and personal projects to commercial assignments for big companies.

She creates visual games in the intersection where photography meets sculpture, design, installation or illustration.

Her quirky images are marked by bold colours, graphic compositions and unexpected juxtapositions.

Her playful and contemporary photographs are the result of a meticulous planning process. They are a resulting in a selection of props, textures and lighting techniques that all come together in unique harmony.

Paloma Rincón combines an accurate use of technique and the creativity of a craftsman.

Playing with reality, the beauty of handcraft recovers its value and magic.

Paloma Rincón has a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Here she started to explore the possibilities of Photography combined with her interest in Design and Fine Arts.

She continued her photographic studies in different courses and workshops: Camberwell College of Arts (London), EFTI (Madrid) and IMEFE, at the time she worked assisting different national and international photographers.

Her relationship with the academic world has evolved and now she is regularly invited to hold talks about her work, masterclasses and workshops around the world.
