Margaret Stepien

Margaret Stepien likes to think of herself as a very versatile human who loves to take photos often.

Her origins would best be described as Polish hardware, Canadian software and  Spanish IP since 2001.

She speaks 4.5 languages and has traveled to almost every corner of the planet. She is recently focusing more on the lumpy regions as she´s gone crazy for mountains and high altitudes.

This activity is a great counterbalance to her careers focus on food photography which involves frequent feasting on the models.

Margaret started off by dabbling in everything from Fashion, Portrait, architecture and even Press photography. Was a favor for a neighbor with a restaurant set her on the accidental path of food photography.

As she had previously never tried or studied this type of shooting, she had to invent her own style.

Her style which happily years later has led to a very successful career focusing on set styling and capturing the beauty of all sort of food subjects.

Although her studio and base is in Barcelona she works often in places like Lebanon, Madrid, London and various others.

She loves to combine her varied experience in photography as well as maintain a constant eye to upcoming trends both in photography and styling.

Currently she has a long list of international and local brand clients some of which she has listed below.

Apart from her photographic style Margaret puts great importance on professionalism but likes to also make sure that the whole experience of working with her is enjoyable,  fun and often delicious.

Her  studio door and kitchen are always open to new clients and experiences.
