Alberto Luque
Alberto Luque, born in Còrdoba in 1987, began dedicating himself to design after discovering his passion for graffiti in the 90s. He studied Art Baccalaureate in Còrdoba where he began to stand out, but it was not until his later Superior Degree in design at the same art school where Alberto Luque excelled and achieved one of the 10 scholarships granted in Andalucia to do internships abroad. At the age of 19, he returned from Berlin with a totally renewed concept regarding design and decided to study Design in Valencia at the EASD.
In his last year of his studies he received an Erasmus scholarship to return to Germany of 6 months, this time to Wiesbaden. After completing the course, one of his professors recommended him to a design company and since then has worked and lived there.
During the last 9 years he has worked in various different companies, in cities such as Wiesbaden, Mainz or Frankfurt, where he has worked for clients such as Coca-Cola, Mercedes, Telecom, Deutsche Bahn, Lufthansa, Porsche, Adidas … in charge of 3D and animation, going from the 2D animation for the Adidas or Coca-Cola website to the 3D visualization of the new Mercedes.
During these years of experience in different companies Alberto Luque has specialized in Motion and 3D, focusing particularly on automotive and product areas.Although he has not left aside his conception of design, investing even his free time in creating his own personal projects, which as he says, keeps him connected to the entire production process, and is an advantage when working as a team and, also, helps to communicate more fluidly among the members of the group.
Today after these years in Germany and with a solid base in his specialty, Alberto Luque wants to return to Spain where he hopes to find a stable market and be able to find a balance between work and family.
