Paco Alcázar is an illustrator and comic artist based in Madrid. His work employs simple but strong images of pop and surrealistic inspiration.
Since the early 2000’s he’s been doing comercial and editorial work for companies and magazines like Estrella Galicia, El País Semanal, Rockdelux, Blab!, Rolling Stone, Cinemanía, VICE, Libros del Silencio, Casa de América, La Revista de los 40, Vidas de Papel, Vanidad o MAN.
As a graphic novelist he’s responsible for several books and compilations of his work like El manual de mi mente (Random House), La Industria de los Sueños (¡Caramba!), Huracán de Sensatez (Diábolo) o Silvio José Emperador (Astiberri).
When he’s not drawing, he’s making music for his many electronic solo projects.
